Our basic package offers a number of features only found in many deluxe packages and is priced for couples on a budget. Your digitally edited DVD will last approximately 2 hours and will include the following:

Ceremony:

Two digital cameras will capture the preparation activities at the location of the ceremony. Coverage may include the bride's arrival, the groom and groomsmen getting their boutonnieres pinned and arriving guests, etc. 

During the ceremony, the cameras will not be intrusive and will be positioned to allow for the best available angles. You can expect a polished mixture of the two angles throughout the ceremony with a consistent audio track.Example: The use of two cameras not only allows the viewers to witness the groom saying his vows, but also allows us to capture the bride's reaction.

Reception:

Two cameras will also be present during the reception. This will allow complete coverage regardless where the activity is located. For example, you can get video coverage at the cake table during your formal pictures while the second camera is capturing the fun on the dance floor. With double coverage you can rest assured that we'll capture the mood and memories to last a lifetime!

Time of my Life Montage:

A compilation of various shots of guest having the time of their lives at your reception. These festive clips are set to the "I Had The Time of My Life" or "We're Having A Party" soundtrack or to the music of your choice.

Romantic Montage:

A montage of clips of the bride and groom recaps the days activities as set to the romantic song of your choice. Get the handkerchiefs ready. A tear jerker to almost every bride!

Digitally Edited Masters:

The basic package includes one digitally edited master of the wedding ceremony and reception copied onto DVD. Additional DVD's can be purchased for $25.00 each if ordered prior to the wedding. Late DVD's orders require and additional $25.00 set up fee. All DVD's include menu pages with pictures of the bride and groom and chapter markers.

All edited masters are first generation originals which insures the highest video quality available on the market today.

DOWNTOWN / CBD WEDDINGS

Please note that Downtown or CBD Weddings are assessed an additional $50.00 fee.

OVERTIME

Professional Wedding Video has based it's package price on a 3 hour reception. We calculate our time when the Bride & Groom actually arrive at the reception. In using this method, it insures that the Bride and Groom get the maximum coverage that they are paying for. This differs from most of our competition. Their prices are calculated on a total amount of hours for the ceremony & reception. The time is running even if the ceremony starts late and during travel between the ceremony and reception. This loss of productivity is costing you money and footage!
Our filming is usually complete after the 3 hour reception. We will be happy to film an additional hour at the rate of $100.00 per hour for the two videographers provided that our scheduling permits.

DEPOSITS

Please call or e-mail us to conferm that your special date is available. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Half of the remainding balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The remainding balance is due upon receipt of your production which usually takes about 3-6 weeks.
